The mission of INSIGHT Training and Educational Center (INSIGHT) is to provide specific services to low-income citizens and minorities within the underserved neighborhoods of Northeast Tennessee and surrounding areas that will promote economic and community empowerment.

ProGeny Place supports Mid-Southerners from marginalized communities who desire to be in “Middle Income” through small business development, job skills attainment, job placement and equity projects. They foster the belief that economic parity can be obtained through entrepreneurship and job skills attainment.
